KMTC Meru campus was established in January 1979 as a department of nursing. The college is situated is Meru municipality, opposite Meru District Hospital around 1 KM from town centre via hospital road.
KMTC Meru campus has four academic departments offering the following courses:
Nursing
Medical Engineering
Clinical Medicine
Medical Lab Science
The college has a population of 772 students of which about 500 are accommodated in the college hostels while the rest are non-residents.
Sporting activities available at the KMTC Meru campus include basket ball, football, table tennis and badminton for both male and female students.
