South Eastern Kenya University is a Public University located in NULL within Trans Nzoia County.
South Eastern Kenya University is a mixed day and boarding school offering PhD, Degrees, Diploma and Certificates and is affiliated to/with the Central Government South Eastern Kenya University(SEKU) is a fully- fledged University which was awarded a Charter on 1st March, 2013.
The University College is located in Kwa Vonza division in the Lower Yatta District in a serene and condusive learning environment, 13 Kilometers off Kwa Vonza Market, along the Kitui-Machakos main road.
The institution lies on a 10,000 acre land neighbouring Nyumbani Village and the Goat and Sheep Project (GASP).
It started 1976 as Ukamba Agricultural Institute. In 2008, it changed its name to South Eastern University College and finally in 2013, it became South Eastern Kenya University.
