Hillcrest International School - Early Years is a co-ed day school offering British Curriculum (GCSE/IGCSE) and is affiliated to/with a Private Entity Hillcrest is 12 kilometres down the Langata Road from the Nyayo Stadium roundabout in the centre of Nairobi. The Early Years unit is set in its own attractive grounds on a charming site adjacent to the Preparatory school, within walking distance of the Secondary school. The holistic experiences in the playgroup and Nursery classes are based on the foundation stage curriculum which is a distinct phase of education for young children. We accept children from the age of 18 months. At Hillcrest, Year 1 is part of the Early Years unit, and Year 2 is part of the Preparatory school. Both classes incorporate Key stage 1 of the British National Curriculum and are closely monitored by the Early Years Key Stage 1 co-ordinator to ensure continuity.
