KMTC Homa Bay campus was established in 1978 to train community health nurses. The college offers three courses:

diploma in Community Health Nursing (pre-service)
Diploma in Community Health Nursing (In-service)
Diploma in Clinical Medicine (pre-service)

KMTC Homabay campus is located on a 9 acre piece of land, the campus is endowed with various facilities to make student welfare and training not only convenient but also interesting. These facilities include a large lecture hall, offices, a library, hostels, a computer lab equipped with 50 computers, a dining hall and a skills lab.
Students at KMTC Homa Bay campus spend more than 70% of their training time on practical learning experiences with great emphasis put on nurturing your interest in sports as it develops you into a medical professional.
