The history of the Higher Education Loans Board dates back to 1952 when the then colonial government awarded loans under the then Higher Education Loans Fund [HELF] to Kenyans pursuing university education in universities.
Our mission is to provide affordable loans to Kenyans pursuing higher education through adequate mobilization and prudent management of resources.
